WEEK 3: LEARN THE 3 WORDS TO NEVER USE IN YOUR VOCABULARY

Become aware and mindful of how your words are feeding the results you are getting in life and learn to eliminate the negative words that are contributing to your life in a negative way.

WEEK 4: LEARN TO REPLACE AND REFRAME BELIEFS

Your beliefs are hard-wired from 0-7 years of age and are playing over and over and over again, in a loop, in your mind. You will learn techniques & strategies to turn your negative beliefs into more positive beliefs that serve you.

MONTH 2 ~ MANIFESTING

WEEK 5: LEARN THE 3-STEP FORMULA TO MINDFULNESS & DELIBERATE INTENTION

WEEK 8: ALLOWING
